Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (and all included accessories, if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email info@cadewear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Our team will reply with return instructions.

Return Approval

Returns sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, contact info@cadewear.com and we’ll help you choose the right option.

Final Notes

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may be denied a refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., socks/liners) must be unworn to qualify for return.

Order Cancellation / Processing Notice

Once an order is placed, it is sent into processing right away to help ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this, we may be unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
